The Head of Warehousing and Distribution will drive the efficient and cost-effective storage and movement of goods across regions. This strategic leader will oversee logistics solutions (2PL, 3PL, 4PL), warehouse operations, and distribution strategies aligned with business objectives. The role emphasizes operational excellence, cost optimization, and compliance while ensuring customer satisfaction and team development.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design and implement warehousing strategies tailored to regional needs and business goals.
2. Optimize operational KPIs like on-time deliveries, accuracy, and cost efficiency.
3. Conduct capacity planning to align with market and brand growth strategies.
4. Ensure compliance with HSE standards and mitigate supply chain risks.
5. Build a high-performing team through recruitment, training, and development.
6. Use data analytics to enhance decision-making and improve processes.
7. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to streamline operations.
