Responsibilities:

  1. Set up and lead the sales department effectively.
  2. Develop and implement sales strategies leveraging brokerage and partnership networks.
  3. Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to close deals successfully.
  4. Resolve conflicts with clients and provide VIP client support.
  5. Maintain knowledge of market trends, competition, and customer needs.
  6. Represent the company professionally within the industry.
