Key Responsibilities
- Project Integration Management:
Develop project charters, create project management plans, direct and manage project work, monitor and control project work, and perform integrated change control.
Manage scope definition and change control processes, including estimating and negotiating contract/scope variations, and anticipate change orders for potential risks.
Provide project management KPIs (e.g., % planned vs. % completed) to calculate metrics like cost and schedule variance for EVM methodology.
Ensure proper project closure by resolving technical, commercial, and legal issues.
Collaborate with sales to support project proposals with deliverables such as risk/opportunity assessments, estimates, and project plans.
Participate in continuous improvement of project management procedures, guidelines, and tools, highlighting areas for enhancement.
Ensure full compliance with EDGE & KATIM processes and tools across all project management domains. - Project Scope & Schedule Management:
Manage scope definition and change control, including estimating and negotiating scope variations and anticipating change orders.
Support proposal development by providing feasibility insights when required.
Define and sequence activities, estimate resources and durations, develop and control the project schedule. - Project Cost Management:
Estimate, budget, and control project costs in coordination with Engineering Heads.
Monitor financial status including EAC, billings, budgets, and milestone payments.
Deliver projects within budget, managing both direct and indirect costs using the timesheet process. - Project Quality Management:
Implement quality planning, assurance, and control processes.
Apply KATIM QA and project management procedures. - Project Resource Management:
Utilize resources effectively, including contractors and third-party providers.
Ensure optimal resource utilization, evaluate skills and competencies, and provide feedback for improvement. - Project Stakeholder & Communication Management:
Identify stakeholders, understand their needs, and manage engagement.
Report project status accurately, including resources, technical issues, and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with security, deployment, and QA teams as needed.
Engage with engineering leads and program managers to ensure process adherence, resource planning, risk mitigation, and coaching.
Represent the voice of delivery to customers and vice versa.
Manage project information dissemination and storage. - Project Risk & Opportunity Management:
Identify, analyze, and respond to risks and opportunities.
Develop mitigation and opportunity realization plans.
Ensure technical issues are escalated and followed up.
Report new business opportunities and scope upgrade possibilities.
Experience and Education Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 5-8 years of proven project management experience from initiation to closure.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
