Qualifications

• Dokumentation und Pflege detaillierter Aufzeichnungen über Inspektions- und Testergebnisse.

Job description

Position Overview The Quality Technician will be responsible for ensuring that Zenith Water Heater products meet quality standards through inspection testing and process monitoring This role will focus on maintaining product consistency identifying defects and assisting in the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes Key Responsibilities Perform quality inspections on raw materials inprocess components and finished products Conduct tests to verify product performance durability and compliance with safety standards Identify and report defects or nonconformities and work with the production team to resolve issues Document and maintain detailed records of inspection and testing results Assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues Support the development and implementation of quality control procedures Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices Requirements Diploma or degree in Engineering Quality Assurance or related field Previous experience in quality control or testing preferably in manufacturing Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills Knowledge of quality control methodologies e g SPC Six Sigma Ability to work in a fastpaced teamoriented environment Familiarity with relevant safety and regulatory standards
