About Our Client

A semi-government entity in Dubai.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead the full contract life-cycle, including drafting, negotiation, execution, and closure.
  • Issue inquiries, evaluate bids, and manage tendering and award processes.
  • Prepare and monitor project budgets and cost estimates, ensuring cost efficiency and adherence.
  • Conduct cost analysis, value engineering, and prepare bills of quantities.
  • Assess contractor claims, variations, and ensure timely and accurate payments.
  • Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams (civil, MEP, etc.) to evaluate material requirements and procurement strategies.
  • Perform risk analysis and ensure all contracts comply with legal and internal policy standards.
  • Generate reports for management to track progress, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure financial and contractual integrity in all project transactions and documentation.
The Successful Candidate
  • UAE National with a Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Supply Chain, Contracts Management, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience, with at least 3 years managing complex contracts in the real estate sector.
  • Strong knowledge of contract law, construction law, and project risk management.
  • Skilled in Primavera P6 / Oracle Primavera Cloud and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proven experience in vendor management, cost control, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
