My client are a fast-growing global payments company at the forefront of financial technology, providing innovative payment solutions to businesses across the MENA region and beyond.

To accelerate expansion across the GCC and APAC regions, they are seeking a Sales Director to lead our commercial strategy in Dubai.

As Sales Director Payments, you will be responsible for building and executing a go-to-market strategy, leading enterprise-level sales, and nurturing strategic relationships with high-value clients across sectors including eCommerce, hospitality, travel, fintech, and more.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead a high-performing sales function across the region
  • Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth across payment processing, gateways, and alternative payment solutions
  • Build and manage a pipeline of mid-market to enterprise clients
  • Forge long-term partnerships with PSPs, banks, and merchants
  • Represent the brand at key industry events, conferences, and networking platforms
  • Provide market feedback to influence product development and innovation

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 7+ years in B2B sales with at least 3 years in payments or fintech
  • Strong regional network and proven track record in closing enterprise deals
  • Deep understanding of card acquiring, alternative payments, digital wallets, and merchant services
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
  • Excellent negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
