What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage Load & Haul, Crushing & Screening, Stock, and Pit to Port logistics.
• Drive operational efficiency, safety, and production targets.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Implement process improvements and cost-saving strategies.
• Manage and mentor a team of supervisors, operators, and technicians.

What We’re Looking For:

• 7+ years of experience in quarry/mining operations.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in fleet management systems and operational software.
• Fluent in English with a valid driving license.
• Willingness to work shifts
