A leading company in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking an Executive Assistant to support C-Level Officers. The role involves managing calendars, overseeing travel, and ensuring efficient operations. Ideal candidates will have strong organizational and communication skills, along with a Bachelor's degree and relevant experience.
The Executive Assistant is responsible to provide high quality administrative support in managing the daily operations and strategic initiatives of the Chief Executive Officer and other C-Level Officers. Additionally, the Executive Assistant is responsible for performing a wide range of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth management of C-Level officers calendars. The Executive Assistant is responsible for overseeing travel coordination across the Group including liaising with travel service providers and managing hotel and related bookings.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications, or a related field preferred
Minimum Experience
5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior executives. with proven office administration skills. Prior experience in the Middle East region is preferred.
