Responsibilities:
- Provide MIS and analytical support to the KYC remediation team.
- Maintain, analyze, and publish detailed MIS related to KYC remediation at the portfolio level using MicroStrategy, Power BI, BPM tools, and other data extraction software.
- Prepare key analytics and business reports for KYC, service trends, and meetings.
- Automate various MIS processes.
- Monitor KYC requests in queues (e.g., BAW), ensure TAT is calculated, and share updates with stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate database of KYC expiry dates.
- Prepare and maintain internal reports/MIS as per management requirements (Daily/Weekly/Monthly).
- Fulfill all administrative requirements for the respective unit.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance customer experience.
- Assist the team with special assignments.
- Follow up with customers and stakeholders for queries and service requests.
- Ensure 100% adherence to audit recommendations with zero repeats.
- Reconcile documents in safe custody with the Chubb register.
- Check daily disbursal applications and maintain transmittal records, ensuring no escalations at levels 1 & 2.
- Maintain the key register accurately with every movement.
- Adhere to MER reporting requirements.
- Respond to all email queries/requests within 24 hours.
- Work towards organizational objectives, sustain service levels, and plan to enhance service standards for Business Banking.
- Generate and publish daily, weekly, yearly reports and MIS.
- Develop dashboards to monitor KYC remediation team performance and service request completion.
- Collaborate with Service Managers to identify service improvement areas.
- Publish MI reports to relevant stakeholders as per schedule.
- Innovate and suggest new methods to improve service, automate processes, and enhance online platforms.
- Implement data quality initiatives across customer, product, and channels.
- Recommend processes to ensure data quality and consistency.
- Back up Service Managers during their absence.
- Ensure compliance with policies and SOPs to prevent potential losses, AML fraud, and uphold ethical standards.
- Stay updated on service channels, SOPs, KYC procedures, and changes/developments.
- Handle functions with adherence to processes and be flexible to operate from different locations if needed.
- Coordinate timely with team and stakeholders for seamless KYC remediation processing.
- Manage service inquiries, customer requests, data analysis, and publishing activities, ensuring resolution and process improvements for cycle time reduction, cost savings, and customer satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Thorough knowledge of Excel and Power BI activities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Business Banking operational systems, procedures, and policies.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethics, and team spirit.
