The Job

Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming, assisting, and directing clients and guests of the organization.
  • Answering incoming calls, redirecting them appropriately, or handling inquiries.
  • Organizing meetings and conference calls.
  • Receiving and dispatching mail.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of the reception area and meeting rooms.
  • Providing ad hoc administrative support to the team.
  • Documenting financial transactions and monitoring company accounts.
  • Managing accounts receivable and payable, posting transactions, and making bank deposits.
  • Administering leave records, medical, and insurance claims.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and itineraries.
The Profile
  • At least 1 year of experience in a Receptionist role, preferably in the Consumer industry.
  • Prior accounting experience is a plus.
  • Service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Good communication skills, comfortable handling phone calls professionally.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort dealing with numerical data.
  • Team player capable of managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Goal-driven and able to work effectively in fast-paced environments.
