We're Hiring: Legal Counsel – Abu Dhabi, UAE

We are currently seeking a Legal Counsel on behalf of our client based in Abu Dhabi. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned legal professional with expertise in Technology Agreements, IP, Cybersecurity, and AI contracts, along with a strong foundation in corporate and commercial law.

  1. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal agreements (Technology, IP, Cybersecurity, AI).
  2. Advise senior management on legal, compliance, and regulatory matters.
  3. Ensure company-wide legal and regulatory compliance.
  4. Oversee legal operations including entity setup, license renewals, and governance documentation.
  5. Handle legal proceedings, including government interactions and dispute resolution.
  6. Manage litigation, arbitration, and contract disputes.
  7. Collaborate with internal departments and external legal counsel.

Qualifications & Skills:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Law (Master’s or MBA preferred).
  2. 6–8 years of experience, ideally within IT, banking, insurance, or consulting sectors.
  3. Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial law.
  4. Proven experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and legal risk management.
