Amazon Web Services - Greenfield Enterprise Segment Marketing Lead (MENAT)

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a talented, self-directed field marketing expert to lead our Greenfield Enterprise segment marketing in MENAT. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in a rapidly growing business.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop a deep understanding of the Enterprise Greenfield customer audience and their needs.
  2. Create a scalable marketing strategy targeting local and global enterprises, including technical and business decision-makers.
  3. Understand business strategies, customer needs, and build targeting frameworks.
  4. Plan campaigns, develop messaging, and coordinate with field marketing teams across MENAT to deliver results.
  5. Execute regional enterprise Greenfield field marketing programs to drive awareness, education, customer adoption, and pipeline acceleration.
  6. Leverage global marketing resources to meet sales requirements, innovating within budget constraints.
  7. Act as the marketing contact with sales teams and leaders, participating in calls, meetings, and planning sessions.
  8. Build trust and maintain relationships with Presales, Demand Generation, and Solution Architects teams to support their goals.
  9. Communicate regularly with stakeholders about strategy, tactics, goals, and performance metrics.
  10. Provide detailed campaign updates through business reviews, highlighting KPIs and performance metrics.

About the Team:

The AWS Sales Marketing and Global Services (SMGS) team is responsible for driving revenue and growth across various customer segments, including public sector. The MENAT Marketing team is diverse, experienced, and distributed across the Middle East, North Africa, and Turkey regions.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience working with creative teams, content managers, and marketers.
  • Experience managing teams and using data/metrics for improvements.
  • Proficiency with Excel or Tableau for data analysis.
  • At least 2 years of experience in segmentation, developing customer profiles, and supporting consumer research.
  • Experience building and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.

Additional Requirements:

Managerial experience and key skills in Business Development, Customer Service, Market Research, Customer Relationship, and related areas. Employment is full-time in the Marketing department.
