Job Description:

Parsons is seeking an EMEA Payroll Manager to join our team! In this role, you will manage all phases of payroll for a business unit employing over 6,400 employees across Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Managing daily payroll operations supporting the monthly payroll process in the EMEA region.
• Interfacing with internal and external stakeholders to ensure payroll accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies and local regulations.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, or related field (or equivalent).
• 10+ years of payroll management experience in a large multinational company.
• Strong communication and supervisory skills.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Experience with Workday payroll system.
