Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Sales Manager to drive fintech sales across the Middle East. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in financial products, digital payments, or SaaS platforms in the financial services domain. This role is responsible for managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure while building lasting client relationships and driving revenue growth in a fast-paced, high-growth fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets in the Middle East.
  • Identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities with banks, financial institutions, SMEs, and large enterprise clients.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle including prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Cultivate strong, long-term client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver tailored client solutions.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to inform growth strategies.
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to senior leadership.
  • Represent MoXey at industry events, fintech expos, and networking functions to enhance market presence.
  • Ensure all sales practices comply with internal policies, data protection regulations, and industry standards.
  • Continuously optimize sales techniques and client engagement strategies for maximum impact.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline (MBA is a plus).
  • 7-10 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in fintech and logistics space.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in the region.
  • Well-established network within the financial services or fintech ecosystem.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to simplify complex financial solutions into compelling client value propositions.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, tech-driven, and evolving business environment.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a strong advantage.
