We're Hiring : Head of Operations – MVP LAB (Dubai)

MVP LAB, the performance-focused brand of FOOTPAD Sports Academy , is growing — and we’re looking for a dynamic and driven Head of Operations to join our leadership team.

What You’ll Do :

As our Head of Operations, you'll be at the heart of client experience , event coordination , and daily team management . You’ll also play a key role in linking operations with marketing and business development.

You’ll be responsible for :

• Overseeing front-of-house and reception teams
• Coordinating events and on-site operations
• Implementing processes and SOPs across teams
• Supporting HR and staff scheduling
• Collaborating with marketing & commercial departments

Who We’re Looking For :

• Strong background in operations, hospitality, sports, or events
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Fluent in English; French is a plus
• Ready to grow with a purpose-driven and ambitious team
