Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement state-of-the-art storage solutions across multiple locations.

- Manage the entire spectrum of warehouse operations, including inventory management, logistics, and distribution.

- Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure operational efficiency and safety.

- Oversee receiving, warehousing, and distribution services while ensuring adherence to policies and regulations.

- Implement and utilize the latest warehouse management software systems to streamline operations.

- Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse personnel to ensure a high-performance work environment.

- Collaborate with other department heads to integrate logistics with company procedures and operations.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in a similar industry.

- Strong ability in using IT and software to manage warehouse operations, including advanced knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS).

- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.

- Strategic thinker with a capacity for complex problem-solving.

- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

- At least 5 to 6 years of experience in a warehouse management role, with a proven track record of improving processes and increasing efficiency.

- Certifications in supply chain management or logistics preferred.
