About the Job:

We are seeking an Assistant Manager (National Talent) to join our Accounting & Finance team at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab. The main responsibilities include:

1. Ensuring completeness and verification of daily transactions for Finance Manager approval.
2. Assisting in preparing monthly financial reports and analysis.
3. Establishing guidelines and deadlines for timely monthly reporting.
4. Maintaining standard operating procedures for departmental consistency.
5. Scheduling and distributing departmental work efficiently among team members.
6. Organizing monthly training sessions for finance colleagues to enhance skills.
7. Monitoring and evaluating team tasks for accuracy in financial reports.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

• UAE National with a Family Book as per government requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance & Accounting, Commerce, Mathematics, Economics, or related field from a recognized university.
• Experience in finance within the hospitality or customer service industry (hotel operations experience preferred).
• Experience in conducting and designing training sessions.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing business needs.
