Job description

Welcome to jazzrockers, the leading professional training academy in Dubai, UAE. We offer a diverse range of training programs for kids and adults near Dubai in Dance, Music, Fine Arts, and Fitness, catering to students of all levels, from elementary to professional.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

  1. Developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing programs in line with brand plans and business priorities.
  2. Collaborating with content marketing and design teams to create suitable content for each stage of the customer’s digital journey.
  3. Reviewing and optimizing the design and content of all online assets, including the company website and social media pages.
  4. Planning and controlling the digital marketing budget, allocating funds across different channels.
  5. Using A/B testing to optimize digital marketing performance.
  6. Analyzing campaign results to provide actionable insights and generate monthly reports on digital marketing activities.
  7. Planning and executing viral marketing campaigns across various social media platforms.
  8. Designing and developing a strong employer branding strategy.
  9. Partnering with internal and external stakeholders to promote the employee value proposition (EVP) and position the company as an employer of choice.
  10. Creating campaigns to support recruitment, talent attraction, and engagement across multiple channels.
  11. Analyzing and interpreting metrics to measure the success of employer branding initiatives.
Ideal Profile
  1. At least 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing or SEO/SEM within the Professional Services industry.
  2. Experience in the relevant field is a strong advantage.
  3. Strong attention to detail and high-quality work delivery.
  4. Adaptability and ability to thrive in changing environments.
  5. Highly goal-oriented and effective in fast-paced settings.
