Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for you as Food & Beverage Team Leader to join our enthusiastic pre-opening team at Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Acquire in-depth knowledge of the Food & Beverage menu of the assigned outlet to assist and advise guests.
2. Practice good customer relations and address customer complaints and queries satisfactorily.
3. Ensure the outlet is set up for service and supervise smooth operations.
4. Direct and supervise the service team to ensure all duties are performed according to standards.
5. Ensure all colleagues receive adequate training to perform their duties.
6. Organize, plan, and control supplies; maintain concise records of beverage stock to ensure availability.

Candidate Profile:

The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader capable of positively coaching and motivating the team. Ideally, the candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel, with the ability to manage a multi-national team. Strong knowledge of HACCP procedures, experience with outlet openings, and familiarity with various outlet types are preferred. The role requires excellent organizational skills, high motivation, a focus on staff training and development, and good administrative skills.
