We’re working on transforming how we design – automating our processes to save time, reduce manual errors, and deliver more accurate results, faster. To support this journey, we're looking for Computational Design Engineers to join our design automation team.

We are hiring for different levels based on your years of experience.

If you enjoy building smart, parametric tools and have a passion for architecture, engineering, and technology, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
  1. Creating and optimizing parametric design workflows to automate façade design
  2. Developing custom scripts and tools to reduce drafting time and human error
  3. Collaborating with design and engineering teams to embed automation into projects
  4. Testing, refining, and scaling solutions across multiple projects
  5. Introducing new ideas and tech-forward thinking into the design process
Desired Candidate Profile
  1. Strong hands-on experience with Rhino, Grasshopper, and programming languages like Python or C#
  2. Familiarity with Dynamo and Revit is a bonus
  3. Experience in the construction or AEC industry, with façade design exposure as an advantage
  4. For mid-level roles: proven track record of automation efforts and mentoring others
  5. A Master’s in Computational Design or similar field is preferred
  6. A portfolio showcasing work with parametric tools or design automation is required
