Chief Representative Dubai Office (Leading Multi-Asset Brokerage)

Our client, a well-established Multi-Asset Brokerage is seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to lead the Dubai office, focusing on developing and maintaining strong relationships with institutional and corporate clients

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to attract and retain institutional and corporate clients
  • Identify and engage potential clients, including high-frequency trading firms, proprietary trading firms, and corporate hedgers specializing in commodities and energy futures markets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives and decision-makers.
  • Present and promote the firm's product offerings and global market access capabilities to potential clients.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings to strengthen brand presence and expand market reach.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in financial services, with a strong background in business development and client relationship management.
  • Well-established network within the DMCC/DFIC region and a deep understanding of local market dynamics.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
