Passenger & VIP Charter Broker

Chapman Freeborn has an exciting opportunity for a Remote / Work from Home Passenger / VIP Charter Broker to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be passionate about the aviation industry, savvy in sales, negotiations, problem solving, and have experience brokering charter flights for passengers, working with governments, high net worth individuals, or within the entertainment industry.

Purpose of the Role
  1. Manage all aspects of a Passenger charter flight from initial request to booking and flight operation completion.
  2. Maximize business opportunities by offering tailored solutions within budgetary and operational restrictions while ensuring profitability.
  3. Develop and manage a portfolio of clients, actively seeking new business through leads, recommendations, and networking.
Flight Quoting
  1. Communicate effectively with aircraft providers for offers.
  2. Negotiate to procure best value for clients.
  3. Evaluate commission schedules.
  4. Provide timely, detailed, and accurate offers to clients.
  5. Follow up regularly to secure confirmations.
Flight Booking
  1. Ensure contracts, insurance, and regulatory compliance.
  2. Verify contract details and ensure all terms comply with company agreements.
  3. Issue flight briefs with all relevant information.
Client Relationship Management
  1. Identify client requirements and source suitable aircraft solutions.
  2. Maintain and develop relationships with key clients and new leads to maximize opportunities and loyalty.
  3. Keep clients informed of developments related to bookings.
Business Development
  1. Identify new business opportunities.
  2. Support sales activities and prospecting efforts.
  3. Engage in cold calling to expand the client portfolio.
  4. Represent the organization at trade shows and industry events.
Information Management
  1. Record customer and prospect information in the CRM system promptly.
  2. Stay updated on operational capabilities of aircraft, airports, and handlers.
  3. Participate in conference calls for effective communication within the team.
  4. Maintain communication with other brokers and airlines to maximize sales.
  5. Handle sensitive data confidentially.
  6. Ensure all contracts are accurate and legally compliant.
Other Responsibilities
  1. Perform additional duties within the role's scope as required.
  2. Travel as needed for business purposes.
  3. Comply with company policies and industry updates.
  4. Participate in rotating out-of-hours duties.
Qualities We Look For
  1. 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  2. Based in the specified location.
  3. Proficiency in the local regional language and English.
  4. Knowledge of the local market and aviation industry.
  5. Team player with strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
