Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team as a Supply Chain & Logistics Analyst. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain coordination and logistics, coupled with the ability to analyze data and create insightful dashboards. This role will play a key part in monitoring raw materials, shipment tracking, and enhancing operational visibility across the supply chain.

What you’ll do in this role:

• Monitor and coordinate daily supply chain and logistics operations, including raw material procurement, production schedules, and delivery timelines.
• Develop and maintain dashboards to track inventory, shipments, lead times, and supplier performance using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, production, and logistics to ensure timely movement of goods.
• Extract, interpret, and present supply chain data from ERP systems for reporting and decision-making.
• Analyze bottlenecks, delays, or cost variances and propose data-driven improvements.
• Coordinate with vendors and freight providers to track inbound and outbound logistics.
• Support monthly reporting of supply chain KPIs for management.
• Communicate effectively with internal and regional stakeholders, including coordination with Dubai-based teams.

What We are Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; working knowledge of Power BI or Tableau preferred.
• Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Experience in working across international teams or regions is an advantage.
