We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic Sales professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests.

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for implementing all sales activities and maximizing business opportunities within your specific area. Your role involves executing sales action plans and includes key responsibilities such as:

  1. Ensuring comprehensive coverage of your portfolio, engaging all levels of accounts, including managerial and departmental executives, to provide complete client service and achieve targets.
  2. Implementing and executing sales objectives and action plans to meet and exceed set targets.
  3. Establishing parameters, quoting, and negotiating prices with customers for transient and group business related to the properties.
  4. Promoting and generating sales leads within your respective areas.
  5. Providing feedback on market conditions, including competition trends, through direct sales solicitation, telephone, and direct mail.
  6. Maintaining files of major accounts and assisting in managing the accounts system.
  7. Adhering to selling strategies during negotiations and maximizing upselling opportunities whenever possible.
Desired Candidate Profile

Education, Qualifications & Experiences

You should hold a degree in sales with a minimum of two years post-graduate experience, preferably within the hotel industry. You must be computer literate, possess excellent presentation and communication skills, with proficiency in English. Additional language skills are an asset.
