Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Director of Analyst Relations to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology and a proven track record in managing analyst relations programs.

As the Director of Analyst Relations, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with industry analysts, managing the company's analyst relations program, and driving positive coverage and recognition for Freelan in the analyst community.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive analyst relations strategy to enhance Freelan's reputation and visibility in the market.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with key analysts from leading firms such as Gartner, Forrester, and IDC.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and communications with analysts.
  4. Organize and coordinate analyst briefings, inquiries, and other interactions to educate and influence analysts about Freelan's products, services, and market positioning.
  5. Monitor and analyze analyst reports and coverage to identify opportunities and risks, providing strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
  6. Plan and execute analyst events such as briefings, summits, and conferences to showcase Freelan's capabilities and thought leadership.
  7. Develop and manage the budget for analyst relations activities, including events, subscriptions, and analyst firm contracts.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and the competitive landscape to provide insights and recommendations to the company's leadership team.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  2. 8 years of experience in analyst relations, public relations, or marketing in the technology industry.
  3. Proven track record in managing analyst relations programs and building relationships with industry analysts.
  4. Strong understanding of the technology landscape, including emerging trends and competitive dynamics.
  5. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  7. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  8. Experience in managing budgets and vendor relationships.
  9. Knowledge of the Middle East market and culture is a plus.
