About The Role

Teaching Assistants play an important role in creating a positive learning environment for our students. Working under the supervision of a teacher, a Teaching Assistant may work with children on an individual basis, in small groups, or with a whole class to embed day-to-day learning. Teaching Assistants also contribute to monitoring the progress of students and provide feedback to support the teacher in providing a more individualised approach to learning.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent education
• A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a similar position
• A sound understanding of teaching best practices
• High level of fluency in written and spoken English
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, students, and parents
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• High level of international and inter-cultural understanding
• An understanding of the British curriculum would be advantageous

Ideally, candidates will already be based in the UAE.
