What You Will Be Doing

  • You will be responsible for driving the revenue through “Below The Line” Campaigns, ensuring optimum customer engagement and supporting a healthy customer lifecycle. Responsible for building personas, resulting in personalized and optimized targeting. Use AI-ML and Gen AI for driving the next best action for the customer.

What You Should Have

  • To plan, execute and support customer lifecycle management for both Individual and corporate customers.
  • Ideate, plan and implement portfolio campaigns and achieve growth in key portfolio metrics for all the bank products
  • Manage and track the BTL campaigns (Email, SMS, Calling), data listing extraction, track and report campaign performances
  • Business owner of the Lead Management System, responsible for driving high conversions through incoming leads from customers via various banking touch points, as well as cold calling campaign leads distributed to various tele calling channels.
  • Manage the Lead Management Council chaired by the MD and Chief Customer Officer, and provide insights from the campaigns and action the feedback from the council members to improve the campaigns and processes
  • Business SPOC for integration of Lead Management System to any of the other banking systems or applications
  • Lead the targeting ETB customers through specialized AI-ML campaigns designed using models created by the Data Science team
  • Support various product teams with key portfolio analytics resulting in targeted campaigns that helps business maintain a healthy portfolio book
  • Work closely with Marketing, sales, data center and other teams for successful execution and tracking of the campaigns
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer product holding ratio
  • Ensure a healthy customer lifecycle through constant monitoring of customer’s 360 degree profile and product portfolios.
  • Create demographic lifestyle profiles and segmentation of the customer base to report Customer behaviour trends, customer profitability, and X-sell opportunities
  • Planning, executing and tracking BTL campaigns using data from different sources and AI-ML model outputs.
  • Create insightful presentations and drive the Lead Management council for Senior Management
  • Execute Portfolio engagement plan/calendar and work towards effective customer engagement while driving revenue
  • Constantly review and fine-tune ongoing and fulfilled campaigns for better performance
  • Publish Campaign performance and revenue for each campaign as needed by business and senior management
  • Drive innovative changes in the Cross Sell system, through regular monitoring of the system and discussions with various stakeholders of the system
  • Ensuring the Cross Sell system data quality and operational efficiency at all times by implementing proper Quality controls on the system and cross sell related operations of various users.
  • Work closely with Products, Lead Sourcing units and Sales Channels to develop a synergy for effective lead management
  • Work closely with IT, Projects and vendors for projects related to Lead Management
  • Business Lead for CRM-lead management Module implementation

What We Are Looking For

  • At least 3 – 5 years of experience in the Campaign Management with at least 2 years’ experience in analytics and product/portfolio management.
  • SAS, SQL and Python experience required
  • Reporting and Data Modelling experience preferred.
  • A high level of product knowledge / skills and the ability to develop and manage product initiatives / strategies which contribute to business goals.
  • Detailed knowledge of Banking product lifecycle, including origination, performance, delinquency and closures.
