Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to lead our publisher sales, manage distributor networks, and identify new distributors to drive the growth of our products. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in sales management, possess deep knowledge of the market, and be fluent in both English and Arabic.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets through publisher partnerships.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with publishers to ensure consistent business growth.
  3. Monitor and analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  4. Research and identify new distributors to expand Kodiet’s reach in the UAE.
  5. Negotiate and finalize agreements with potential distributors, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  6. Onboard new distributors and provide training on product offerings and sales processes.
  7. Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competition to inform sales strategies.
  8. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor offerings for the bilingual (English and Arabic) market.
  9. Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategy updates to senior management.
  10. Ensure clear and regular communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in managing publisher sales, distributor networks, and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Proven expertise in the UAE market, with an understanding of bilingual (English and Arabic) customer needs.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams to achieve goals.
