Job Description:

The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for designing mechanical components for railway rolling stock and infrastructure. The role includes structural analysis, material selection, and ensuring compliance with railway safety standards.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop mechanical designs for railway vehicles and infrastructure.
  2. Perform Finite Element Analysis (FEA) for stress and thermal calculations.
  3. Design 3D models using CAD tools (SolidWorks, CATIA, AutoCAD).
  4. Ensure compliance with EN 12663, EN 15227, and UIC standards.
  5. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement solutions.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.
  2. Experience in railway bogie, carbody, and suspension systems design.
  3. Understanding of manufacturing processes like welding and casting.
Additional Information:
  • Railway experience is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
