Job PURPOSE
Implementing development and corporate agility procedures, operations management, change management, and operational plans for the Authority's business units, and preparing related reports. Also, aligning the Authority's strategy with continuous improvement plans and roadmaps.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & DECISION-MAKING
1. Participate in preparing the development and corporate agility roadmap, follow up on its implementation, and prepare reports on implementation developments.
2. Include data and details of organizational units related to corporate development requirements and document them according to approved procedures.
3. Measure, monitor, and analyze the department's strategic and operational performance indicators and report on them.
4. Coordinate with agencies and sectors to prepare corporate agility meetings and participate in events related to development and agility practices and capacity building.
5. Analyze data and information from departments and organizational units to support the identification of areas of development, development priorities, and root causes, in coordination with the Authority's departments. Identify development initiatives and follow up on their implementation.
6. Follow up on the implementation and closure of corrective actions related to the Department's quality system and internal audit.
7. Contribute to the study and implementation of the corporate change management system to analyze the extent of alignment with the Authority's strategy, global best practices, and related challenges, opportunities, and variables.
8. Work to enhance corporate agility by developing effective business models for rapid changes and challenges.
9. Design awareness programs on development and corporate agility and change management, and implement workshops related to them at the Authority level.
10. Prepare training and awareness plans for corporate agility practices, continuous development, and change management, and follow up on their implementation.
11. Prepare communication plans for corporate agility practices, continuous development, and change management across multiple channels.
12. Support the updating and development of corporate documents related to development and corporate agility.
13. Draft correspondence with external and internal entities related to department requirements.
14. Follow up on the business unit's work plan and administrative requirements.
15. Perform any other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.
