A leading educational institution in Dubai is seeking a finance professional to manage student and school cash transactions. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Accounting or Finance and at least 2 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include supporting the Accounts Manager and ensuring compliance with financial policies. Immediate availability is required.
Key Responsibilities
* Process all student and school-related cash transactions accurately and in line with institutional policies
* Assist the Accounts Manager with daily accounting procedures and financial operations
* Maintain compliance with company policies, internal controls, and code of conduct
* Manage student fee collection, prepare receipts, and reconcile daily cash logs
* Support with audit preparation, internal checks, and financial documentation
* Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors or reporting managers
* Show flexibility and commitment by supporting work demands beyond regular hours when needed
Job Requirements
Education
* Bachelor s or Master s degree in Accounting or Finance
Experience
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a school finance role is mandatory
Skills
* Proficient in accounting principles and cash management
* High attention to accuracy, recordkeeping, and transaction control
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Must be available to join immediately
