OUR EXPECTATIONS FROM THE ROLE:
Ensure staff work together to provide optimal service and meet guest needs. Complete opening and closing duties, including setting up supplies, cleaning, locking doors, and inspecting storage areas for organization, cleanliness, and FIFO adherence. Manage inventories and requisition supplies. Monitor dining areas for seating, safety, and guest well-being. Complete maintenance work orders as needed.
Our roles are about creating memorable and unique guest experiences. Bartenders, for example, should stay updated on trends, serve as hosts, and build relationships across the hotel and community to anticipate guest needs. They should be passionate about service, detail-oriented, and capable of managing the bar environment flawlessly. Physical requirements include standing, walking, lifting, and moving objects up to 25 pounds, with a hands-on approach to tasks.
All associates must prioritize safety, follow company policies, protect assets, maintain confidentiality, and present a professional appearance. The role involves physical activity, including moving and lifting, and requires a proactive, attentive attitude to serve guests and support the business effectively.
