Job Title: Store Manager

Location: Dubai Investment Park (DIC), Dubai

Working Hours: 9 hours per day, 6 days a week

Salary: Up to AED 15,000 per month (All-inclusive)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee and manage all inventory operations at our steel manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising stock control, maintaining optimal inventory levels, ensuring accuracy in documentation, and coordinating closely with procurement and production departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall store operations within the steel factory.
• Monitor, receive, issue, and store all raw materials, consumables, and finished goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely stock updates using ERP systems.
• Plan and implement effective inventory control measures to avoid stock discrepancies.
• Conduct regular audits and physical stock verifications.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless workflow.
• Implement and enforce safety, cleanliness, and organizational standards in the store area.
• Supervise store assistants and ensure team efficiency and discipline.
• Prepare and submit inventory and stock movement reports to management regularly.
• Handle non-conformance and damaged goods in coordination with the quality department.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Store Manager in a steel factory or industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems, preferably with ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to lead a team and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
