Job description

Preferable Field : Blow Molding Mechanic

Requirements :

• Ability to maintain and troubleshoot blowing machines,40 Bar Air compressor, and Pneumatic Circuits.
• Possess a basic understanding of electricity for safe and effective machine operation.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of beverage production lines.
• Provide support in the maintenance of mechanical systems across beverage lines.
• Ability to provide maintenance and breakdowns troubleshoot for all kinds of machines on beverage lines.
• Responsible for directing preventive / predictive maintenance programs designed to reduce unscheduled downtime (maximize equipment availability) downtime (maximize equipment availability to extend equipment life.)
• Ability to identify spare parts requirements for the blowing machine.
• Basic knowledge about maintenance budget costs.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of Sidel blowing machines.

Skills :

• Ability to work in shifts.

• Ability to refer manuals / catalogs.

Experience Required :

• 5 years’ experience in beverage industry.
