Job description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Maintaining existing relationships with customers and managing client accounts.
2. Identifying potential customers and following up to assist with technical queries.
3. Connecting with new customers and bringing in new sales.
4. Analyzing costs, calculating client quotations, and negotiating tender and contract terms.
5. Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
6. Managing projects related to sales orders.
7. Offering after-sales support services.
8. Recording and maintaining client contact data.
9. Preparing MIS reports.
10. Meeting regular sales targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Relevant technical certifications.
• Minimum of 4 years of sales and service experience related to rotating electrical equipment such as electrical motors (AC, DC), alternators, and generators.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Exposure to servicing electrical motors and generators.
• Understanding of the oil and gas industry.
• Knowledge of tender preparation, technical proposals, and electrical and rotating equipment servicing.
• Good command of English (reading and writing).
• Professional appearance and presentation.
