We are seeking an experienced Retail Operations Manager to lead and optimize our retail operations across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will ensure high operational standards, enhance customer experience, and drive commercial performance.

???? Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of multiple stores to ensure excellence in service delivery and store performance.
  • Lead and support store managers to achieve sales, profitability, and customer service targets.
  • Implement and monitor operational policies, procedures, and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Analyze store performance metrics and execute strategies for improvement.
  • Ensure effective stock control, inventory management, and visual merchandising across stores.
  • Conduct regular audits and ensure SOP adherence across all branches.
  • Collaborate with HR, Marketing, Procurement, and other departments for smooth cross-functional operations.
  • Mentor and develop retail teams through training and performance management.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in retail operations management (pharmacy/healthcare retail preferred).
