We are seeking a highly qualified General Practitioner to serve as a University Doctor at the American University in the Emirates (AUE). The successful candidate will provide medical services and manage healthcare activities within the university community, ensuring compliance with established medical standards and ethics.

Qualifications & Experience

• Medical degree from an accredited institution

Job Responsibilities

1. Provide basic in-house emergency and first aid services, including routine healthcare, and refer patients to specialists when necessary.
2. Respond to on-campus emergencies and collaborate with emergency services.
3. Maintain high standards of medical care and customer service for all stakeholders.
4. Offer medical consultations, diagnose illnesses, and prescribe treatments.
5. Refer patients to specialists and coordinate with healthcare providers.
6. Conduct health screenings and vaccinations.
7. Support the Health & Safety Team with orientation and onboarding related to health and safety.
8. Conduct health education sessions to promote healthy lifestyles.
9. Manage healthcare reports and administrative documentation.
10. Oversee employee insurance policies and facilitate medical needs and hospital referrals.
11. Maintain accurate, confidential medical records in compliance with regulations.

Location and Salary

Location: American University in the Emirates (AUE), Dubai International Academic City

Salary: AED 8,000 - 10,000 per month
