Job description

We are seeking a polished, personable, and professional Hostess to join our real estate development team. As the first point of contact for prospective buyers, investors, and partners, the Hostess plays a key role in creating a welcoming and engaging atmosphere at our sales gallery, property showrooms, and special events. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and has a passion for hospitality and real estate.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests in a professional and friendly manner.

Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception and showroom environment.

Provide information about current and upcoming developments, amenities, and company background.

Schedule appointments and assist in coordinating property tours and meetings.

Support sales agents and marketing team with client hospitality during site visits and events.

Distribute marketing materials, brochures, and promotional collateral.

Maintain guest logs and follow up on visitor inquiries as needed.

Assist in planning and executing VIP and promotional events, open houses, and property launches.

Answer phone calls and respond to basic client inquiries.

Ensure a consistent luxury experience aligned with the company's brand image.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.

Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, real estate, or luxury retail is a plus.

Preferably with American Accent.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Professional appearance and demeanor.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM or booking systems.
