Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to make their mark in the Health Club. As a Health Club and Spa Receptionist, you will be responsible for greeting all guests and members while ensuring a safe and clean environment.

What You Will Be Doing:
  1. Consistently offer professional, engaging, and friendly service.
  2. Be the first and last point of contact for guests and members at the health club.
  3. Perform general reception duties, including meeting and greeting guests and hotel members.
  4. Operate the point of sale system to ensure accurate billing of services rendered to guests and members.
  5. Maintain a neat and orderly work area that reflects the high standards of the facility.
  6. Ensure the health club is safe and hazard-free.
  7. Maintain inventory and appearance of the retail center.
  8. Keep the entire health club facility, including locker rooms, retail, reception, and lounge areas, clean and well-maintained.
  9. Handle cash and credit transactions with proper checks and balances.
  10. Communicate effectively with guests and members using appropriate verbiage and standard telephone protocols.

Additionally, you will be responsible for any projects assigned by the manager.
