Job Title: Outdoor Sales Executive / Pump Technical Engineer

Job Description:

The Pump Technical Engineer will be responsible for outdoor sales, designing, developing, and testing pumps and related equipment. The role requires analyzing data, creating detailed technical specifications for new products, and identifying areas for improvement in existing products. Providing technical support to team members and customers is also essential.

Responsibilities:

• Generate new customer orders and increase sales
• Follow up with customers for new business requirements and acquire new clients
• Support the design, development, and testing of pumps and related areas
• Analyze data and create technical specifications for new products
• Identify improvements for existing products
• Provide technical support as needed
• Stay updated with industry trends and technologies
• Collaborate with engineers and team members for successful product installation
• Visit sites and perform field work around UAE
• Prepare and submit monthly sales reports
• Generate leads, prepare quotations, negotiate deals, and maintain client relationships
• Participate in business events and seek new sales opportunities

Skills & Requirements:

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with sales techniques
• Highly disciplined and organized
• Proficient in MS Office and Tally
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage
