As a Guest Service Expert, you will take the initiative to ensure guests enjoy their meal by setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, interacting and serving guests, and maintaining cleanliness of work areas and supplies. Success in this role requires creating a safe workplace, adhering to company policies and procedures, maintaining quality standards, and presenting a professional appearance and communication. You will be on your feet, moving around, managing menus, and performing physical tasks such as lifting and carrying objects up to 25 pounds (or 50 pounds with assistance), reaching, bending, twisting, and stooping as needed. Performing these duties well is essential to delivering exceptional service to our guests and supporting our business goals.
