Key Responsibilities:
- Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts to ensure they are managed in line with the agreed standards.
- Provide support and assistance to the line manager and the department as needed.
- Manage projects within the agreed timelines and processes to ensure successful and timely roll-out.
- Assist with the marketing calendar for assigned customer accounts and reconcile actual activity versus planned activity.
- Ensure all activities are managed within budget and follow standard operating procedures for all procured activities.
- Execute routine monthly communications activities through statements, newsletters, etc.
- Write marketing briefs, coordinate with agencies, negotiate fees, and track/manage jobs to ensure timely delivery.
- Manage end-to-end execution of product stands/kiosks, including installation and dismantling, and arrange sales collaterals to maintain the bank's overall image.
- Proactively deliver weekly status updates to the line manager.
- Provide accurate and timely information to other departments, such as Finance, for reporting purposes.
- Work with external suppliers to deliver marketing activities and manage supplier relationships to meet ADCB standards.
- Assist in the rollout of marketing campaigns and complete creative and copy reviews to ensure brand standards are met.
Candidate Experience:
- At least 4 years of marketing experience in a reputable organization.
- Bachelor's Degree; Diploma in Marketing and Advertising is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
