Key Responsibilities:
  1. Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts to ensure they are managed in line with the agreed standards.
  2. Provide support and assistance to the line manager and the department as needed.
  3. Manage projects within the agreed timelines and processes to ensure successful and timely roll-out.
  4. Assist with the marketing calendar for assigned customer accounts and reconcile actual activity versus planned activity.
  5. Ensure all activities are managed within budget and follow standard operating procedures for all procured activities.
  6. Execute routine monthly communications activities through statements, newsletters, etc.
  7. Write marketing briefs, coordinate with agencies, negotiate fees, and track/manage jobs to ensure timely delivery.
  8. Manage end-to-end execution of product stands/kiosks, including installation and dismantling, and arrange sales collaterals to maintain the bank's overall image.
  9. Proactively deliver weekly status updates to the line manager.
  10. Provide accurate and timely information to other departments, such as Finance, for reporting purposes.
  11. Work with external suppliers to deliver marketing activities and manage supplier relationships to meet ADCB standards.
  12. Assist in the rollout of marketing campaigns and complete creative and copy reviews to ensure brand standards are met.
Candidate Experience:
  • At least 4 years of marketing experience in a reputable organization.
  • Bachelor's Degree; Diploma in Marketing and Advertising is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
