Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Emirati HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. This role will support the daily functions of the HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation. The ideal candidate will be a UAE National with a strong understanding of UAE labor laws and a passion for building a supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process: screening CVs, coordinating interviews, and preparing offer letters
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions
  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases (e.g. attendance, leave, and payroll information)
  • Assist in preparing HR documents such as employment contracts and warning letters
  • Coordinate and support employee training and development initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal HR policies
  • Handle employee queries and support HR in resolving workplace issues
  • Assist in the implementation of Emiratisation programs and reporting
  • Participate in internal audits and HR reporting activities
  • Promote a positive work culture and contribute to employee engagement activities

Qualifications & Skills

  • UAE National (Emirati) with a valid Family Book
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in an HR-related role (fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply)
  • Familiarity with UAE labor law and HR best practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Skills (Optional)

  • Knowledge of HR systems (Oracle, SAP, or similar)
  • Arabic and English language proficiency
  • Prior experience in a government or semi-government entity is a plus
