Job Title: Spa Receptionist

Kerzner International is seeking a Spa Receptionist to join our spa team at One&Only Royal Mirage Resort in Dubai. This role is integral to delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving revenue through retail, upselling, and cross-selling.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide outstanding guest service in line with hotel brand standards.
2. Build and develop potential relationships with spa guests.
3. Promote and sell retail products and services.
4. Coordinate with other spa departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within luxury resorts or five-star hotels.
• Strong background in health & beauty services.
• Creative, dynamic, passionate, and flexible personality.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Computer literacy and familiarity with relevant software.
• Middle East/GCC experience is advantageous.
