Job Description :

Seeking an Account Director to work across both owned and earned social media platforms. You will focus on specific projects and lead them from start to completion. This role requires strong account and project management skills, experience with results-driven, global social media projects, and a solid understanding of integrated marketing communications and the role of social media within those strategies.

You should be skilled at client interaction, evaluating requirements, and developing comprehensive social strategies based on research and insights, including social content creation, outreach, search visibility, innovative engagement solutions, and measurable outcomes.

Active engagement in social media, experience in developing social solutions for clients, and a proven track record in managing complex programs for global brands are essential. This includes leveraging social media and word of mouth, executing strategies, and understanding research.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and deliver global and local social media projects for a major automotive brand, from strategy and creative stages to implementation and measurement.
  2. Utilize strong project management skills and tools.
  3. Lead projects by collaborating with internal teams (social analysts, content strategists, senior account leadership), managing external agencies (creative, media, content production, event planning), and coordinating with multiple client stakeholders.
  4. Manage all financial aspects of projects, including statements of work and budget adherence.
  5. Maintain client relationships daily and handle high-pressure situations effectively.
