Job Profile:
  • Thales AGS Trading supplies used/recertified parts to the Aviation USM Aftermarket, organized to meet worldwide customer needs for Thales and non-Thales USED spare parts.
  • Manage USM activity on Boeing platforms (B737, B757, B767, B777, B787) for AGS Trading, including prospecting, promoting, proposing, negotiating with suppliers, customers, brokers, Airlines, lessors, OEMs, and MRO organizations to support growth in Non-Thales parts, achieving Order Intake, Sales, and Gross Margin targets.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Represent AGS to regional customers.
  • Coordinate Boeing USM activities worldwide, aiming to meet commercial objectives.
  • Identify new revenue sources and contribute to process improvements.
  • Update activity and performance reports regularly.
  • Stay informed on the technical evolution of Boeing PNs and maintain accurate FMV in ERP.
  • Sourcing and procuring Boeing Serviceable/unserviceable equipment, establishing focus on fast-moving parts.
  • Create and validate Boeing PN in ERP, ensuring documentation and traceability before purchase.
  • Negotiate purchase prices to maximize gross margin.
  • Support operations and supply chain regarding Boeing parts repair activities.
  • Maintain inventory levels and respond to RFQs promptly.
  • Build and nurture customer and supplier relationships, participate in regional events, and develop commercial action plans.
  • Achieve monthly order, sales, and margin objectives, and conduct customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Ensure full compliance with all trade, export, and integrity requirements, including KYT and signing necessary forms.
  • Keep abreast of Boeing PN technical evolutions and market values.
  • Provide monthly activity reports, develop customer/supplier visit plans, and support market analysis and strategy development.
  • Manage order delivery, update EDD in ERP, and follow up on overdue accounts.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Expertise in Boeing platforms.
  • Proven revenue, inventory, margin, and growth attainment.
  • Strong customer relationship skills and experience in supply chain, procurement, and pricing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field.
  • 8-10 years in the aviation industry with extensive network and technical knowledge of Boeing products and USM market.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and business skills.
  • Experience working in an international matrix organization.
