Job description

  • Maintain procurement records: Update supplier information order status and documentation in procurement systems.
  • Process purchase orders: Prepare review and issue purchase orders in line with company procedures.
  • Coordinate with suppliers: Communicate with vendors to obtain quotes confirm deliveries and follow up on orders.
  • Monitor inventory levels & records: Track stock and assist in reordering supplies to prevent shortages.

Qualifications :

  • High school/ Any bachelors Degree
  • Certification in related SCM and Procurement is a plus

Skills & Professional Requirements:

  • Computersavvy with a working knowledge of logistics software (ERP).
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Able to uphold and respect procurement ethics and to conduct activities with integrity.
