Role Summary:

As a performance coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to support the performance team in the Regional LS business. This will involve working closely with different functions and teams to help gather data points and to provide insights into key performance metrics. If you are an organized, detail-oriented individual with a passion for performance management, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

What's on the menu

• Work on administrative tasks around performance management of the LS business
• Assist the gathering and compiling data from different functions and departments.
• Help the performance team with data analysis and identifying trends or patterns per market.
• Support the regional team in creating and editing performance presentations that summarize key metrics and trends. This may involve working with data visualization tools, such as Excel, Power Point, to create graphs, charts, and other visual aids.
• Coordinate with the right stakeholders across the markets ensuring the trend lines are highlighted along with the relevant business-related reasons
• Provide general administrative support as needed
• Support process improvement initiatives in areas to improve performance.
