We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Marketing Director to lead and drive the brands' marketing initiatives in the fashion industry. This role is responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, engage target audiences, and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Brand Strategy: Develop and implement a strong brand positioning and marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
  2. Campaign Management: Oversee end-to-end marketing campaigns including digital, social media, influencer collaborations, and traditional advertising.
  3. Content & Creative Direction: Work closely with designers, photographers, and content creators to ensure a cohesive brand identity.
  4. Ecommerce & Digital Marketing: Enhance online presence through performance marketing, SEO, paid ads, and social media growth.
  5. Retail & Offline Marketing: Develop marketing initiatives for in-store promotions, partnerships, and events.
  6. Market Research & Consumer Insights: Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and the competitive landscape to refine strategies.
  7. Public Relations & Influencer Marketing: Build strong relationships with media, influencers, and brand ambassadors.
  8. Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective spending and maximum ROI.
  9. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering creativity and collaboration.
  10. Performance Tracking: Use analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
Qualifications & Skills:
  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  2. 8+ years of experience in fashion marketing with a proven track record in brand management.
  3. Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and influencer marketing.
  4. Experience in leading successful fashion campaigns across multiple channels.
