About the Job:

To provide service related to Fitness & Sports aspects of Colleague Housing, including gym safety, equipment maintenance, and the organization and management of fitness activities within staff accommodation.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Operate the gym in accordance with Health and Safety policies, company standards, and municipal requirements.
  2. Design personal training plans and create marketing activities to promote gym usage.
  3. Conduct group fitness classes regularly.
  4. Maintain cleanliness and proper operation of all gym equipment, following manufacturer instructions.
  5. Replace equipment parts promptly to prevent inconvenience.
  6. Communicate professionally with colleagues to support facility development.
  7. Coordinate external tournaments scheduled throughout the year.
  8. Propose ideas and suggestions to enhance colleague services and social activities.
  9. Perform other duties as required by management.
  10. Update payroll with membership data for accurate salary deductions.
